We are happy to offer an exchange or store credit on products that are returned within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit. We do not offer returns for payment credit at this time.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of products are exempt from being exchanged. For health and sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns of:
- Any food products, including treats
- Pet Carriers

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Sale and Seasonal/Holiday Items
Unfortunately, only regular priced items may be exchanged. Sale items are all "Final Sale." Also, because they are time sensitive, Seasonal/Holiday Items are also sold as "Final Sale." Defective or Damaged Products
On a case-by-case basis, we will replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged. Normal wear and tear or damage caused by a pet are not considered grounds for replacement or refund. If you believe you have received a defective or damaged product, please email a picture of the product and a description of the damage to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
